How can we help?

You can change your billing cycle, update your payment details or change your payment method at any time.

To update your billing details:

1 — From any page within Sharesight, click Account from the top right of the screen.

2 — From the dropdown menu, select Plans and billing.

3 — On the Billing Details page, you can select to change your plan.

4 — Change payment term between yearly or monthly

Note: Subscribing to a yearly plan gives you **25% cheaper than the monthly plan.

5 — Under Payment method, select Change payment method, then update your payment details.

6 — Select your preferred payment option: Apple Pay, Google Pay, or by card.

7 — Click on the Save Billing Details button to save your changes.
