How to enter Annual Tax Report components for Vanguard Personal Investor
Vanguard Personal Investor is an IDPS-like scheme. For tax purposes you're treated as holding the underlying ETFs and funds directly, so each fund is a separate trust and needs its own set of tax components in Sharesight.
At tax time Vanguard Personal Investor provides an Annual Tax Report. The components you need are in a section toward the back called "Australian trust distribution income and tax information", which breaks the figures down per fund (by code) — so you can read each fund's components straight off the report and enter them against the matching holding in Sharesight.
